The wielder’s ruler unit gains +1 melee damage. When the wielder destroys a unit on the battlefield, they may spend 1 Nation or Character Magic Point to summon a friendly Undead Army unit in the same hex. The summoned unit lasts until the end of the war session. The wielder’s unit is always treated as a melee unit (or cavalry, if possible and desired) and has its range set to 1.
